Accommodations for guests with pets have an additional fee of $10 per pet per night.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR
GUEST ROOMS AND COTTAGES
Half of the stay plus tax is required as a deposit on guest
rooms. Fourteen days advance notice of cancellation
is required for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation
fee. Within 14 days, the deposit will be refunded only if
the room is rebooked for the entire stay.
